| Warranty | Ventura Coastal, LLC warrants to customer that at the time of shipment to customer, the ingredients delivered will meet the specification herein provided. All Ventura Coastal organic products are organic foods made from ingredients produced under the National Organic Program (Title 7, Part 205) and conform to standards for the processing, handling, and labeling of organic products, and to standards for fresh processed products developed under the California Organic Foods Production Act of 1990 and the California Organic Products Act of 2003. Ventura Coastal, LLC organic products have been certified by an accredited certifying agency. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE. |
