This product is made from freshly extracted lemon juice derived from sound fruit that has been washed and graded to remove extraneous matter and unsound fruit. Processing temperatures assure enzymatic cloud stability. The reconstituted juice shall have good, typical color and flavor of single strength lemon juice. The concentrate will be at least USDA Grade A for manufacture.
