This product is made from the juice derived from fresh, certified, organically produced fruit that has been washed and graded to remove unsound fruit and extraneous matter. The juice has been screened and optionally centrifuged to reduce fine pulp content. The juice has been pasteurized to achieve a 5 log reduction of the pathogen of concern.
