This product is made fresh from the unfermented juice of mature oranges of the species citrus reticulate, Tangerine and/or other hybrid variety, from which seeds (except embryonic seeds and small fragments that cannot be separated), and excess pulp are removed. (CFR 146.135, 146.137,146.140). Product is pasteurized to deliver a 5 log reduction for the pathogen of concern per 21 CFR Part 120, Juice HACCP and Pathogen reduction.
